Onsite Fit Testing
$1800 plus travel plus $35 per person if we do the fit testing. Minimum 50 people. Must pay half up front.
Office Appointments
Office will only be available on Fridays for Individuals or teams. $25 if you bring your own mask, $35 if we provide you one.
