Matthew’s journey began as a surgical ICU nurse, where his quick thinking and patient focus built a foundation for his consulting career. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana Christian University, he transitioned to co-founding Southern EVALS. There, he designs compliance processes for rural health clinics, critical access hospitals, and behavioral health facilities, expanding care to underserved populations. His practical approach helps facilities meet complex standards efficiently.
