This was accomplished through intensive preparation, targeted education, and implementation of corrective action plans aligned with regulatory standards.
  
• Respiratory Protection Program Development
  ◾  Collaborated with consultant Josh Bonadona to build and implement a comprehensive Respiratory Protection Program. The project included the creation of compliant training materials, OSHA-aligned signage, fit testing protocols, program guides, and on-site assessments and support to ensure facility readiness.
  
• Professional Certification Achievement
  ◾  Earned the a-IPC (Associate – Infection Prevention and Control) certification through CBIC, validating foundational knowledge and commitment to infection prevention excellence.
