We personally are nurses and as a nurse owned company made it our mission to get the nurses working with us paid appropriately, quickly and advocate for better conditions and processes in the facilities we contract with.
As a clinician it is hard to know what agencies to trust especially if you have not worked contract before. No Worries!!! Our seamless process helps you get signed up and working quickly. From our first contact with you, our Concierge staff helps you complete and compile all required documents needed for you to work the specific contracts we have.
We work with you and the facility to find the perfect fit as well as remedy any issues that may come up throughout your time working with us. Our goal is to make sure you are put in the best situation to meet and exceed your goals. Looking to pick up one shift a week? Great! Want to work full time with our agency? Awesome! OUR TEAM
Blake Velotta, RN is our Staffing President and has years of experience as a nurse as well as working in a contract capacity. Blake understands the unique needs when it comes to staffing a facility and has experience getting the best deal done for the facility and the staff working in the contract capacity. Blake advocates for safety and ensures all of our staff are educated on best practice and regulatory standard. Blake makes sure that communication with department managers is open and is available to help when any staffing issue occurs.
Randi Beaudion is our Central Louisiana Staffing Coordinator. Randi works with facilities and nurses in Central Louisiana ensuring the facility has everything they need to onboard our staff and the nurse has everything completed to work and be paid. Randi has an open door policy and encourages nurses to relay issues that can be resolved with the facility.
Chelsea Mayeux is our South Louisiana Staffing Coordinator. Chelsea works with facilities and nurses in South Louisiana ensuring the facility has everything they need to onboard our staff and the nurse has everything completed to work and be paid. Chelsea prides herself on her relationship with her clients and the trust she has built with our staff nurses in South Louisiana
